Milbank Treat Street Moves to New Location

Treat Street is moving to a new street. (But, just this year.) It will be renamed Trunk -or-Treat and located at the Milbank High School parking lot.  Construction in downtown Milbank has created less than spooktacular conditions for trick-or-treaters, according to Laurie Folk, Milbank Area Chamber Director. She says, “Safety comes first. We want to make sure no injuries occur.”

This year, have your mummy or daddy take you to Trunk-or-Treat at the MHS parking lot on October 31 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. (Lights will be on to see witch way to go.) And, as always, there will be boo-coup treats for all the boys and ghouls.

All businesses, churches, and organizations are also invited to give away treats. If you don’t have a trunk, bring a table or whatever suits your needs. Set up is at 4 p.m. Lights will be on in the parking lot.
