Fall Vocal Concert to Feature New Grand Piano and Pianist Ty Stephany

The MHS Vocal Music Department will present their annual fall concert on Monday, October 21, at 7:30 pm. in the MHS theater. Special guest Ty Stephany, a 14-year-old virtuoso from the Sioux Falls area, will be the first solo artist to play the school’s new nine-foot Yamaha grand piano in concert. The concert choir, under the direction of Miriam Schwenn, will feature body percussion, soloists, and a newly-formed chamber group. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students.
Ty Stephany is the grandson of Roger and Mary Hoff of Milbank and the son of MHS alumna Melissa (Hoff) Stephany.
