Don’t Miss the Deadline for Combined Appeal Donations
Local News December 2, 2019 Staff Writer 0
Time continues to click away, but the 2019 Grant County Combined Appeal is only at 85 percent of its $185,000 goal. According to Craig Wellnitz, finance director of the Milbank Community Foundation, “We have raised $157,830 towards our goal, but there are only a couple of weeks remaining in the campaign.” He reminds everyone, “All the dollars raised stay in Grant County.
Wellnitz says, “The PaceSetters meet December 17 to make their recommendations to the Milbank Community Foundation Board. Then, the MCF Board meets on December 18 to allocate the funds for 2020. Disbursement starts in January.”

“Our thanks go out to you for your continued support,” says Wellnitz. “This is not just about giving to people you know, it is about giving to those you don’t know and feeling good about it.
