Lane Lindquist Honored by South Dakota Coaches Association

Lane Lindquist, former MHS teacher and coach, received the Friend of Football award from the South Dakota Coaches Association. MHS Athletic Director Adolph Shepardson presented the award on behalf of the association and MHS at the basketball game in the Milbank Armory on December 19.

“Lane has played a major role in athletics at MHS,” said Shepardson. “He has been part of football and every athletic program for many years. We thank him for all he has done for MHS and for Bulldog athletics.” Lindquist retired from teaching and coaching midway through the 2018-2019 school year due to health reasons.
