Milbank Main Street Construction Begins Final Phase Next Week

John Forman, administrator for the City of Milbank, reports on the final stage of the street project in downtown Milbank. He says, “J & J Contracting has informed us that next Monday, March 16, they intend to start reconstruction on the short piece of Main Street north of Railway Avenue and the adjacent city parking lot.”

Forman says, “The intersection of Railway Avenue and Main Street should remain open although possible congestion due to construction traffic will be present. The Main Street railroad crossing will be closed.”
