Milbank Schools Hire Two New Employees

Cheryl Reiter of Florence has been hired as the middle school science teacher to replace Ryan Scoular, who transferred to the position of activities director for the district. Reiter has 15 years of teaching experience. She is currently a testing center program assistant at South Dakota State University in Brookings. Prior to working at SDSU, she was a science program specialist with the South Dakota Department of Education. Reiter was also employed in the Florence School District from 2005 to 2018 as a science teacher, lead teacher, and librarian.

Denna Haire has been hired to work in the Milbank School District’s food service department. She served as a substitute in that department during the 2019-2020 school year. Haire moved to Milbank from Texas.
