The South Dakota Department of Health reported this morning two new positive cases of COVID-19 in Grant County, bringing the county’s total to seven. Of the county’s seven positive cases, two have recovered and no longer have COVID-19. The amount of active cases in the county stands at five. To date, the results of 81 total tests in Grant County have been reported by the state, 74 returning negative and seven returning positive.
The first two positive cases of COVID-19 were reported in Grant County on May 6. On Sunday, an additional case was reported. Another two cases were reported yesterday.
