Laurie Folk, director of the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce, announced their annual fireworks display will go on as planned this year. The show starts at dusk on July 4 at Lake Farley Park.
Attendees will notice only minor changes:
1. Everyone is required to use the front entrance of the park.
2. Anyone desiring seating must bring their own chair.
3. Loitering before or event the event will not be allowed.
4. Some handicap parking will be available.
