Registration Open for Whetstone Valley Youth Football

Registration is open for the 2020 season of Whetstone Valley Youth Football. Review the season calendar and register now through Friday, July 17 at the group’s website at www.wvyf.org.

Tackle football is available to youth in grades five and six. It begins August 11 and 12 with a camp.

Flag football is offered for grades one through four. Because of the success of last year’s inaugural flag football season, the organization is extending flag football to include first-graders. Flag football starts August 18 with a mandatory parent meeting.

Important Youth Football Dates:
August 11 – Equipment checkout for grades 5-6 starts at 3:30 p.m. Camp starts at 6 p.m.
August 12 – Fifth and sixth grade camp starts at 6:30 p.m.
August 18 – Mandatory parents safety meeting for all participants (both tackle and flag football) at 6:30 p.m. Photos for tackle football follow the parents meeting. Flag football photos will be taken at a later date.
August 24 – First practice for flag football
