The Valley Express is Pawstruck! Bulldogs are the grrreatest and should be rewarded. That’s why we created the 2020 Fall Sports MVP of the Week Award.

Any athlete participating in boys golf, girls tennis, volleyball, football, and boys and girls cross country is eligible. But only the competitor who displays extra effort that week will be chosen Top Dog. The canine who works his tail off. The pup with pizazz. The ‘“bone a fide” real deal Bulldog. That leader of the pack receives $20.20 in cash from The Valley Express.

Marshall Voeltz has been selected as The Valley Express MVP of the Week for September 14-18.

Voeltz, an MHS junior, is a 6’1, 200-pound running back and linebacker for the Bulldog football team. Voeltz helped chew up the competition in a 27-0 shutout Homecoming victory over Groton on Friday, September 18. He scored two touchdowns and piled up 136 yards on 24 carries. Marshall is the son of Jim and Kim Voeltz.
