Halli Essington is The Valley Express’s 2020 MVP of the Week

Halli Essington, MHS senior and standout tennis player, is this week’s The Valley Express 2020 MVP. She is the daughter of Cindy and Kevin Essington.
Halli concluded her high school tennis career last weekend by claiming the runner-up title at No. 1 singles at the South Dakota State Class A Tennis Tournament in Rapid City. 

Halli has been an important member of the Lady Bulldogs team since eighth grade and played at the No. 1 singles position for the past three seasons. She also teamed up with Hattie Muellenbach at No. 1 doubles for a third-place finish at the state meet.
