Tristan Hall, an employee of Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative, has completed his apprenticeship to obtain journeyman lineworker certification. Hall is a 2016 graduate of MHS.
“This is no easy task,” stated Jon Christensen, operations manager for WVEC. “Hall had to complete 8,000 hours of hands-on field work, along with curriculum from Northwest Lineman College. This is definitely something to be proud of as it consists of 4 years of his time above and beyond what he did for schoolwork at Technical College.”
Christensen says, “Tristan is a great employee and will be a great asset for Whetstone Valley Electric. Feel free to congratulate him if you see him in the field keeping your lights on.”
