MHS will celebrate 2021 Homecoming week from September 20-24. A full slate of events has been planned around the theme Disney Movies. 
Class float themes include: Seniors – The Avengers Juniors – Toy Story Sophomores – Pirates of the Caribbean Freshman – Cars

Monday, September 20 Dress up theme  Roll out of Bed Day
Homecoming buttons go on sale for $2. High school students can purchase them from any student council member all week while supplies last. The student council will sell buttons at St. Lawrence School on Monday at 7:45 a.m.  Bulldogs Fighting Cancer will also sell beads. Football beads are $2 and get a pair of maroon and gold beads for $1.

JV football travels to Madison.

Coronation starts at 7 p.m. in the high school theater. Last year’s royalty, Jessica Van Peursum and Toby Schneck, will be introduced; the student council will perform a skit; and the new king and queen will be crowned. 
Tickets are $2 for grades 1-12 and adults, but attendance is limited. (More info to follow.) Activity passes will not be accepted. The program will also be livestreamed.

Tuesday, September 21 Dress up theme- Celebrity Day
The student council will be selling buttons at the elementary school and middle school.
Boys golf at Watertown.  Cross country at LQPV.
Girls tennis hosts a quad. Volleyball hosts Sioux Valley.

Wednesday, September 22 Dress up theme  Disney Day
Buttons will be sold outside the middle school office from 7:45 – 8:10 a.m.

Thursday, September 23 Dress up theme – Prey versus Predator Day
Varsity Volleyball at Florence/Henry. Boys golf at Sisseton. 

Friday, September 24 Dress up theme  Maroon and Gold Day
Bulldogs Fighting Cancer hosts the football game tailgate party starting at 5:00 p.m. Get your Hardees roast beef sandwich, chips, bar/cookie, and a drink for $5. 
The Bulldogs take on the Clark-Willow Lake Cyclones in the Homecoming football game at A.B. Campbell Stadium at 7 p.m.
Following the football game, students and alumni are invited to watch a movie at the football field. The outdoor screen is courtesy of the Milbank Area Chamber.
Saturday, September 25 Volleyball at Sioux Falls. Cross country at Milaca, Minnesota.
