The MHS oral interp team competed in the Watertown Pumpkinstakes Tournament on Saturday, October 30.
According to Coach Natasha Karels, Kadence Rausch-Frank placed third in the Novice Poetry division and Brooke Schwagel was a finalist in Varsity Drama. Lydia Street and Kadence Rausch-Frank teamed up in the Novice Duo division, as did Avery VanOverbeke and Daniel Shelstad. Both couples won finalist awards.
Others students who represented Milbank in the competition included: Gemma Street – Novice Humor, Veronica Fonder – Novice Drama, Camila Monroy and Rylen Frerichs – Novice Duo, Lydia Street and Camila Monroy – Varsity Drama, Jacquie Wold – Varsity Humor, Ivy Lewno – Varsity Non-Original Oratory and Poetry
