U.S. Senator Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) announced he has rescheduled the community coffee event he planned in Milbank on Monday, August 8. He will now meet with Milbank area residents on Friday, August 19.
“Democrats kept us in Washington over the weekend to vote on their so-called Inflation Reduction Act,” Rounds commented from the Capitol in D.C. “I opposed this $739 billion legislation that intends to double the IRS and is filled with new taxes and Green New Deal policies. Unfortunately, I will not be in Milbank on Monday as originally planned. I have rescheduled my visit to August 19 and look forward to visiting with constituents in the Milbank area.”
