The Milbank Fire Department responded to a report of a car on fire that had spread to a house at 48002 153rd Street on Tuesday, November 14. The residence is owned by Brian and Sherry Schneck.
Milbank Fire Chief David Giesen said, “Upon arrival, we discovered the owner of the car, Toby Schneck, had gotten the car moved away from the house, however, the car was fully engulfed in flames and a small area of the siding on the garage was damaged.”
Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze, but the car was estimated to be a total loss. Milbank Fire and Rescue was assisted by the Grant County Sheriff and Grant County Emergency Management
