Online applications for agencies and organizations seeking funding from the upcoming 2026-27 Grant County Combined Appeal drive are now available. Jolene Rick, head of Grant County Combined Appeal, says, “After coming off a great community campaign, in 2025-26, we were able to allocate $178,150 to 21 agencies that applied for grants last year. We are looking forward to another successful campaign in 2026-27.”
“Applications have been emailed to the 2025 recipients as well as any groups that requested one,” says Rick. Completed applications with all supporting materials are due back by Friday, June 12. Applications can be mailed to P.O. Box 366 in Milbank or dropped off at 103 Flynn Drive in Milbank. All organizations applying for funds will be called from June 22 – 26 to set up an interview. Interviews will be held on Tuesday, July 14 or Thursday, July 16. “The interviews will help facilitate a closer relationship between the Combined Appeal committee and the recipients,” says Rick
Community nonprofit agencies are encouraged to apply for a Grant County Combined Appeal grant by going to the website mhsef-ca.com. The application can be found under Programs/Combined Appeal. Print the application and fill it out. Requests for applications can also be sent by e-mail to milbankcf@itcmilbank.com.
