Students in Mrs. Robin Patnoe’s second-grade class at Milbank Elementary welcomed MPD’s police chief, Boyd VanVooren, as their Junior Achievement teacher. Junior Achievement is a program taught by local community members.  The second graders were focused on communities, businesses, and goods and services.
